Samatva Yoga

In the 13 years of yoga I've done since living in Kingston and attending Samatva, there has been no comparison. The visual cues, inner focus and personalized coaching that I received from phenomenal instructors, recurs in vivid memory with most poses in my current practice. I miss the studio and thank you, Jaimie, for making me feel at home during a very lonely time.

I've been a attending member of Samatva Yoga for 12 years. All level of yoga practices are offered in person and online so lots of versatility no matter what your time line in addition to the added YouTube videos offered by the many professional teachers.

Absolutely amazing place to practice. The teachers are talented, kind, and willing to help. Great place for beginners as well. I highly recommend the hot yoga classes as you sometimes get a cold cloth that smells like lavender afterwards.. unreal.
