Wow! After 3 weeks of excruciating sciatic pain I managed to get myself mobile enough to go see Dr. Thomas. This was my first experience with him and was amazed at how much better I was in just one treatment! I could actually sit and relax in the chair for the first time in 3 weeks! So much pain was gone in such a short time. I highly recommend him. I have also heard of a friend who had troubles getting pregnant who had seen him and is now expecting! Definitely worth a visit to see if he can help you with whatever might ail you.

Dr. Thomas is amazing, he was recommended by a close friend of mine. I've been seeing him on my own schedule for about 9 months now and each experience is very unique and incredible. I am very fascinated with his knowledge about Traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, the body, crystals and the spiritual guidance that he gives. I love after each appointment how I feel ready to take on the day but also take rest if I need to! I highly recommend Dr. Thomas!

I have been seeing Dr Thomas for approx 8 years. He is very knowledgeable of his practice. Today my visit was my sciatica has been painful for well over a month. I could not sleep/sit/lay or walk and today after my session I walked out with no pain. Thank you and I am so grateful St Albert is not a far drive.

This was my first experience with osteopathy. Ling was super understanding, she made sure I was comfortable and understood the process. She is funny and works really hard to get your body in alignment. She has a true passion for her work and for helping people. I am baffled by the extent of her knowledge every time, she knows how everything connects and the best places to put pressure on to have them release. The only downfall is that she doesn't have a clone so she could take more appointments. 10/10 will keep recommending to friends and family.

My pain level has improved immensely. I have learned techniques to keep my pain level at a minimum. I am so glad to have been referred to this clinic. Every professional service acupuncture, osteopath, and massage therapy is outstanding. The wait to get in is well worth it.

Health Spring Wellness offers amazing treatment by highly skilled professionals. I highly recommend this clinic & in particular Ling (Osteo) & Dr Mu for acupuncture! I have had appointments multiple times & have come away each time feeling much better. The atmosphere is relaxing & the clinic is spotless.
