I've just seen nurse Kaitlyn last week for some dysport & lip filler. She asked me all the right questions & made sure I was comfortable. I told her my vision for my lips and she talked me through the process into how we can achieve the look I wanted, was very professional and made sure I was comfortable :) she also explained in great detail what to expect for after care and the healing process. We are still healing but I love my results so far and can't wait to see the final look :) Carol also did my laser hair removal and is awesome to talk to and deal with. She makes hair removal a breeze and was quick and made sure we zapped all the unwanted hair :) The front staff are always amazing and accommodating. Love EA! Best team ever <3

This spa is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff goes above and beyond, offering personalized care and expert guidance on skincare. The spa itself is really nice and they sell really high quality, medical grade skin care. My sister also visited the St.Albert location and loved it. I am very pleased with the results of my facial and just overall with how kind, patient and respectful the staff is. The management is also exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and am likely to return in the near future for more treatments!!!

Highly recommend nurse Simonne. I had a couple of appointments for fillers with her and will continue seeing her. She made me feel super comfortable even though I was nervous to get fillers for the first time. She is very professional,informative and trustworthy, those were exactly the qualities I was looking for to trust someone with my face.

My first experience here and I have only good things to say. The staff is friendly, professional and quite helpful. Layal was very knowledgeable. She has great sense of humor and exceptional customer service. I’m definitely going to be a regular even though I live in Edmonton. The people here make all the difference! Please don’t hesitate before booking an appointment with them!
