“Last Door has certified counsellors, support workers, and volunteers who support families in healing from the impacts of substance use. They have been helping the community for over 37 years. Thousands of people have recovered from drug addiction, alcoholism, video gaming addiction, and gambling addiction at Last Door. The centre provides a healthy environment to halt addictive behaviours and assists the youth in gaining self-esteem and a healthy peer support network. Last Door Recovery Society is a non-profit registered charity with a Board of Directors and a multidisciplinary team. Their programs offer licensed, accredited, and evidence-based services. They have Individualized treatment plans. They also provide family enhancement programs for partners, parents, grandparents, and siblings.
2025 Update: They offer comprehensive addiction treatment for youth, adults, and families. With their addiction treatment, they increase self-esteem and improve decision-making to support a healthier, recovery-based life, free from the impacts of active addiction. Last Door’s Keystone facility has an indoor pool, and clients can access it while they visit Keystone. Last Door also has over 10,000 acres of greenhouses and gardens that provide fresh organic ingredients for cooking. Clients can also access a gym with an in-house Fitness Instructor as part of their treatment program at no cost. They have patients from Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, West Vancouver, Port Moody, White Rock, Langley, Delta, North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, other cities throughout British Columbia, and cities from across Canada.”
