I went to Timeless Optical for a pair of prescription sunglasses! The staff was very friendly! They showed me sunglasses within my price range and they didn’t try to upsell me!! They explained to me about polarized lenses and could have sold them to me but advised me that I wouldn’t need them because I wouldn’t be driving or fishing! I was really impressed about their honesty and definitely would go back for all my prescription needs!! Thank you Timeless Optical.

I have been going to Timeless Optical for all my eye wear for years now and have never had an issue. Winnie is the most patient and lovely owner I have ever met. She gives her time to each customer and actually cares for her clients. Now living in Victoria, I still will only go to this specific business because of the customer service I receive. Yes, I make sure to stop by when I come from Victoria!! I so appreciate the sunglasses are sanitized between clients. I can ensure you, you only get the best service from Winnie and her team :- Forever a customer.

Winnie and her team were amazing. They assisted with picking out a great pair of Maui Jim polarize sunglasses which helps me see better. Their service is top notch and the whole process was painless. Definitely worth a visit.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. I usually change my frames every visit for a change, but I still have my old frames from the first time I visited in 2010 and they are still in amazing condition. The staff is also friendly and are quick to help, especially helpful with measuring accurately the fit and wear of my glasses. I’ve been to other places when I moved but I always come back to Visions in New West.

I highly recommend Milano Optics for anyone looking for quality eyewear and exceptional service.

Abdelfattah was awesome. He was efficient, personable, professional and informative. He answered all of my questions. Such a genuine and pleasant experience. I will be back to get sunglasses once my benefits reset. And! He's offering glasses for 50% off. An $800 pair of lenses with frames, cost me $405. Very happy customer.

The best place to get eye glasses, free eye exams and the best customer service you can ask for! They even took off the rest of the payment after my insurance coverage could only cover so much. 10/10 will return and would recommend.
