My experience at Pegasus has/continues been nothing short of amazing. For someone like me who’s been in primary care Before the continuation was crucial to my success and development. The outpatient program was very suitable not only to understanding more about my illness but also being able to put into practical use day in and day out as I came and went. I personally think it’s great for someone who it is their first time seeking help or as a continuum of recovery. I have had the privilege , of experiencing CBT, counselling and therapy there and I continuing to do so as I need it. The staff truly care I can say from first hand experience and have been a big part of saving my life.. I’ve had a fair bit of experience in different treatments or programs and not only what I’ve learned from Pegasus has helped me but it’s really nice to have people that genuinely care and have a passion for wellness. Thanks Guys!

Pegasus dropped me as a client after a poor zoom connection and a half hour phone conversation. Oh yeah, and "careful consideration" by their team. Thanks for nothing. I'd give them zero stars, but cannot post unless I give them at least one. After speaking with Sue, I now understand what the issues were. My internet connection is not able to effectively allow for their online service, and given my remote location, this was my only option. Our conversation went very well, and I believe Sue is doing good work for the right reasons.

I completed 6 months of Pegasus's aftercare following my time at a residential treatment centre. Pegasus was essential to me in integrating back into society while managing my new life in recovery. In my aftercare group I made life long connections with brothers in recovery and my counsellor went above and beyond which helped me navigate through the difficult stages of early recovery. Pegasus was a vital part of my journey which I owe my life and would highly recommend to anyone who is in the darkness of addiction and looking for the light. I now have many years of sobriety and this is how I got my start.

I participated in the HBR online addition program at the end of 2023. I am grateful to say I have been sober for 14 months. This is the longest period of sobriety I have experienced in over a decade of trying many programs, pills and plans! The support, encouragement, cheerleading and wisdom from Michael and the HBR program has been instrumental in my success to date. This was the first time I did a one on one program which really fit my needs at the time. The other programs I tried in the past were group focused with a small portion one on one. I had success for short periods of time but the intensive one on one was my game changer. I found the encouraging non judgmental support from Michael allowed me to dig deep and express my feelings. I am 60 so that is a lot of digging!! I am grateful that I allowed myself to seek help and bravely work hard. I am grateful HBR was there to stand by me and guide my journey! Thank you so so much.

I had a really positive experience with HBR. I can’t say enough good things about their whole team. They provide everything they promise and so much more. The whole team is great I can’t name just one person. If you put your best foot forward and follow the outline I think anyone trying to move their life in a positive direction can benefit greatly from this program. I appreciate all the help and hope to continue some of the relationships I’ve made.

After 26 years, I walked past this Salvation Army location, which I stayed at when I was 23 years old. I will forever appreciate the help they gave me at a time when I needed it the most. When I was lost in life, lost of dreams,.. no money, no home, and no forseable future. My stay this time in Victoria is at the Empress. A hotel that, at one time, was an unobtainable thought. Today was too much of an emotional day for me to enter the Salvation Army to make a well-deserved donation. I will complete my efforts tomorrow.

A good way to get a slap in the face with the harsh realities of life as an older male. Helped me quit smoking marauanja though, so five stars. Best rehabilitation centre I've ever been to. Barely any murderers!

Always fun seeing what they have Great staff, good food, and Walking distance to any amenities you can think of.
