3 Best Gyms in Victoria, BC

Loved checking this spot out while I was back in Vic. Seriously the most aesthetic gym. Lots of exposed brick and plants, along with flattering lighting (it’s important, okay). The owner, Darren, went above and beyond to make my introduction to this gym amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the area. You will feel welcome and supported :) Will definitely come back next time I’m in Victoria. Thanks again, Darren!.

I highly recommend this Gym. Not only does it have all the equipment you need, but it is clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I'd like to also acknowledge Darrin as he has always been extremely helpful when I first started at the gym and has supported me with my fitness goals. I've been going to truth for 6 months now and it has been an exceptional experience so far. I was intimidated to start working out there, because I had been told it was for advanced bodybuilders and I had only been working out for about a year. However I was hoping to find an inspiring gym environment that I could go to on a daily basis, so I did a drop in and immediately signed up after the first workout. Truth has definitely been an inspiring place for me. I am not a high level bodybuilder, but being around people who are passionate about looking and feeling good and take it seriously has been very good for me. My physique has improved a lot since I started training there, partly from the great equipment and partially from training around ambitious people. I would recommend it to anyone looking to reach new levels in their fitness journey. Truth is an excellent place to spend your time.

I signed up earlier this year, switching over from Anytime, and I’m so thankful I did! The gym is always clean, the equipment is well maintained and they have such a large variety of equipment I haven’t seen at other gyms as well. The layout makes it easy to work around when it’s busy as well which I love. All the staff have been super friendly and I recently started training with Tia! I’ve worked with other trainers in the past from other gyms, but I actually feel like I’m being pushed and listened to with her. I fell off a bit from the gym for a couple months but she’s made me find enjoyment in going again. Highly recommend checking this place out to anyone considering!.
