My experience at Derma Spa was excellent. Everyone I saw was professional, courteous and had a friendly demeanour. I saw Dr Alex for a consultation, and his friendly and upbeat personality made me feel at ease right away. The consultation process was thorough, and I never felt pressured to do more than I wanted to do. My concerns were addressed and a realistic plan was put together to help me achieve the goals that I had. I then saw Nurse Jovana for neuromodulators and I was impressed by her thorough approach as well as how gentle she was. She is so knowledgeable, and I felt so confident and comfortable while she was doing my treatment. I have been to a few injectors prior to seeing Nurse Jovana, and I must say she is the best yet! She is also friendly and personable, and made my treatment a breeze! Will definitely be back to see her again.

From the consultation to the actual procedure, the professionals here made sure that I was thoroughly informed about fillers and that I kept realistic expectations. I'm very happy with my results and the level of care that I was given. Jasleen made sure that I was comfortable while doing the injections and made the experience overall very enjoyable. I also love that they work with your natural shape and just enhance it.

I have gone to Dr. Meeker for almost 2 years now, and her and Paula have always been nothing short of amazing! Going in for a treatment feels like you're going to catch up with friends. 10/10 recommend.

I actually took my son here to have an "extraction" facial. He really loved the treatment and had all his blackheads removed. The receptionists were very pleasant and the area itself was clean, organized and calm. I had some minor procedures done here about ten years. If I could afford to go, I probably would take advantage of their skin care products and have a facial done every month. My son said it was a wonderful experience and was so happy that he got all those nasty blackheads out. We are following up with cleansing pads from their product counter. I was very pleased with their service.

Dr.Banks, Kim and the entire team are wonderful!! Thank you for always listening!! There is a trust and warmth with this team! See you again in the new year.

The staff are warm and welcoming from the time you walk in until you leave. Dr Banks is the Best , he genuinely cares about people. And it didn't hurt.....much.
