I started seeing Dr. Shannon because I was having some health issues, and I have been very impressed with her knowledge and compassion. She was able to diagnose the root cause of my issues quickly, which I appreciated, because that wasn't the result I had from visiting other doctors. She worked with me to figure out what changes were manageable for me to make and how to work them into my life. I have been very impressed by her compassionate service. I have been highly recommending her services to family and friends.

I started seeing Dr. Sarassin in the spring time last year when I was seeking support with my seasonal allergies. Dr.Shannon created such a warm and healing space for me to feel comfortable opening up about the many layers of my health and wellbeing. She helped me make long term diet changes using her food as medicine approach that have helped me improve my quality of life and provided me with delicious recipes and supportive coaching a long the way. She is an excellent and intuitive acupuncturist and always make me feel cared for.

I was nervous to go to my first Naturopathic Doctor visit, but Dr Alexis' presence is calming and I found her to be very knowledgeable in women's health issues. She was very respectful of my needs and I was inspired to eat healthier. Her passion for discussing these things is apparent. Since then I have seen positive changes to my life. Dr. Kyle healed my son. For those of you who have read my review posted at AREC Environmental, you will know that we were at a loss to deal with the devastating consequences associated with my family's, particularly my son's exposure to mold in our rental home. I received informed, generous, and thoughtful care from Horizons. This was my first experience with a private clinic, and I was blown away by the level of attention given. Going back to a situation where I had to rely on the provincial health care system would be like a trip to MacDonald's to satisfy cravings for a home-cooked meal. Thank you, Horizons!

I am a huge fan of this clinic and the services they offer. After living in chronic pain for over 5 years, Dr. Kyle was able to find the root of the issue and had me back up running and enjoying a pain free life again after a couple of visits. Their focus on my health has resulted in living the best I have felt in a long time.
