Pourya, the sales assistant, was exceptionally knowledgeable and offered me excellent advice on selecting frames that suited my style and face shape. He took the time to understand my preferences and needs, ensuring that I found the perfect pair. The overall environment of the store was welcoming and professional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting LensCrafters for anyone in need of new eyewear. Wow! I’m so impressed. I had to get my lenses changed on my Ray Ban sunglasses due to a deep scratch and despite the fact that I didn’t purchase them from LensCrafters, the manager Bryn, very kindly changed them within 15 mins, free of charge! The store is lovely, the staff are professional, friendly and courteous. So grateful!

Stepped in to LensCrafters today to see if the would adjust some readers I ordered from Zenni. Bryn, the Store Manager, couldn't have been more pleasant or more helpful. I offered to pay for his service ices but he refused. Said he was glad to help me out. What a lovely man! Will definitely purchase my next glasses from him. Thanks Bryn.

I'd like to give a special thanks to Ky for being an awesome employee! He was extremely patient and friendly with me, helped me to find the best frame and explained everything so well. He really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. His positive energy and welcoming attitude really made the whole experience for me! Regarding Specsavers itself, they have unbeatable prices, and since I came in during the Canada Day deals, I got even more bang for my buck. They have a good variety of options to choose from, including designer glasses that appear to be exclusive to Specsavers. I'd also like to mention that I had an eye exam done at the Specsavers at Mayfair mall, and I was surprised by how the technology has advanced in the past decade. It's a really in-depth exam, and the price of $99 seems cheap when compared to any other place. The entire experience felt highly professional and went beyond my expectations.

Jade helped me choose my frames as I couldn't decide which ones I preferred, she took her time to do all the measurements and even came outside to show me the 2 different tints available. I would highly recommend her. She also made sure to apply all the discounts so I ended up with a great deal. I'm excited to get my new glasses soon.

I had an amazing experience at the glasses store thanks to Claire. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making the whole process smooth. I had such a wonderful experience at Bailey Nelson. Dr. Sydney Kirsch was incredibly thorough, kind, and professional during my eye exam — I felt very well taken care of. Also, the staff member who helped me choose my glasses (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, patient, and gave me honest advice that helped me find the perfect frame.

Dr Sidney Kirsch is wonderful and offered one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. She is a great listener and I really felt like she understood the problem I was describing to her. Previous professionals have dismissed my issue but she was able to suggest a solution. Really great experience!

Fabulous doc and staff. The whole experience start to finish was wonderful and I’d happily come back for an eye exam and assistance with new frames. Highly recommend this store versus nearby competitors.
