Here you will receive the very best care possible from Tanya, the kind and welcoming receptionist, and Heidi, the warm and very skilled audiologist. I’ve been to two other hearing clinics in Victoria. I walked out of one from the rudeness I encountered, and the other had preposterous prices. My whole experience with Beltone was an absolute delight! Everything was explained to me so clearly, their fees and prices are very fair, and I felt genuinely cared for. I’ll look forward to my next visit when they’ll check that I’m happy with the settings on my hearing aids. Yes, I’m very happy with everything! Thank you, dear Heidi and dear Tanya.

Heidi and her team were excellent from start to finish. Heidi took the time to ask thoughtful questions to better understand my situation before conducting the hearing test. She clearly explained each step of the process and reviewed the results with me in detail. I appreciated that she promptly sent the test results to both my doctor and specialist. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and caring. Plus, parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

All of the staff at Beltone have been exceptional to deal with. They truly care about their clients. Booking appointments and follow ups is a breeze, with little to no wait. All details are fully explained, as well as options. I'm very happy with the experience.

Hearing Care Clinic provided a top-notch hearing exam! The staff was friendly and professional, putting me at ease. The exam itself was thorough and informative, and the doctor explained everything in a way I could understand. I have a clear picture of my hearing health. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience! Carson was so gentle, soft spoken and very enjoyable to talk with. He spent quality time with me hands on with high tech equipment showing and explaining everything through the entire process.

Very friendly folks and a cute office mascot dog. Nice stress free office and got me in for an appointment quickly. Certainly recommended.
