This review is a bit late but we call Ken's company during the winter when we had skunks living under our deck. He was helpful, professional, understanding and knowledgeable. We had a TON of questions and called him often (probably more often than we should) but he didn't shy away from anything we threw at him. We would absolutely use his services in the future!
This is the first time that we have the raccoon problem in our house. We are really lucky to find a professional company- First Choice Wildlife Service. Before Ken started to do the work, he is really patient to explain the situation after the inspection and answer all of our questions in detail. When he and his colleague performed their works, it was fast and professional to ensure that raccoon will not coming back again. They went into the attic and found 4 baby raccoons and gentlely dealt with them professionally. We are absolutely happy and satisfied with the results and their great services! I had a racoon cause damage to my roof and enter my attic. Nathaniel arrived within 24 hours, and was able to completely solve my problem. He quickly assessed the situation, explained what he found, and what he was going to do. I felt like I was very informed and in control during the entire interaction. I am usually hesitant inviting service people into my home, but Nathaniel was extremely professional and did great work. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I called Nathaniel on a Sunday and he showed up within 30 minutes. He was very professional and friendly. He explained exactly how he was going to relocate a family of raccoons. He even came back the next day to make sure they didn't get back into my shed. His price was more than fair and I would recommend him 7 days a week.

Amazing guy! Super fast response to my call and answered all my questions.
