I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my BMW 330i from Budd's BMW Oakville dealership, and I must say that the experience was exceptional in every way. Dealing with Moe, the salesman, was an absolute pleasure, as his professionalism ensured a remarkably smooth and efficient process. His prompt and reassuring follow-ups made me feel truly valued as a customer, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a seamless car-buying experience. Also, the dealership's refreshing approach of not pressuring customers into purchasing option packages was truly impressive. Instead, they provided personalized guidance, allowing me to make decisions that perfectly suited my preferences and needs. Overall, I am thrilled to have found both an outstanding car and a top-notch dealership with exceptional staff like Moe.

A friend of mine recently purchased a used Lexus from Kumar. They recieved excellent trade in value for their vehicle and amazing service from Kumar and his manager, Jeff. They paid attention to my friend, not her partner during the sale (her vehicle) which was a very refreshing experience. They're very professional and they would be highly recommended.

Recently had a Dinan software upgrade installed on my 2016 535iX. Customer service rep (Cassandra G) was very responsive. The installer took about 10 mins to answer all my questions about how the car would behave etc. after the tune was installed. Would recommend Budds' BMW for service.

Great customer service and communication from Michele Fish, service advisor. Lincoln gave me a loaner to use during my maintenance appointment, everything was fairly priced. Michele called me with recommendations from the mechanic and went to examine the air filters herself when I asked if they could wait until next service or REALLY needed to be changed. Very happy and will be returning at my next service interval!

I’ve wanted a Lincoln Aviator Grand Touring Hybrid for a bit but didn’t want to buy new. Tony reached out to let me know one came in with low KMs. Both Tony and Lou looked after me really well and Scott made sure my vehicle was mint when I picked it up, safety done and dusted & any work needed was done. Thanks again Oak-land, Tony, Lou and Scott for great service!

This dealership and the particular service advisor(Ashley) made me feel they cared about my service concern. They reacted promptly to managing their availability and booked a time to deal with the issue within my available time frame. The vehicle was returned, fault corrected quickly and efficiently. Out of all of my car purchases, this one was the least stressful and the most seamless! If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, Chris is a great person to help you! 10/10 would recommend!

We traded our Hyundai Tucson for Palisade luxury. Everything went super smooth and quick. Yasser worked with us for 3 hours on a Saturday morning. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all the calculations between the choices we had and helped us make the right decision. He gave us free oil change for next 7 years plus free ceramic coating. Abdul gave us some more discount towards the end. Ian helped with the financing options. Overall a great experience experience! Recommend 100%.

I did not buy car from them but i had warranty issue and took it to this dealership. They help me out without any headaches and problems. Did the best job. Most importantly they were able to give my car the same day as well. Thank you guys.
