Pine Glen recently completed a renovation on my condo in downtown Toronto. At first, there was a bit of a learning curve using their product system BuilderTrend. Once I got up-to-speed it was fairly straight-forward and certainly ensured the project stayed on schedule. Pine Glen was responsive to all my inquiries and completed the job as per my wishes. As in any renovation, some of the trades people they used were subpar, but Pine Glen was always reactive to my concerns and ensured that they had the trades come back to complete the job as expected.
