URBAN BARN REVIEWS

My fiance and I came in to Urban Barn recently as we just purchased our first home. We came into browse their selection without the expectation of making any purchases, but we met their sales associate, Mark, who instantly made us feel comfortable. Mark took his time and gave us thorough advice on decorating our whole house from top to bottom. Because of his professionalism and care, although we did not make a purchase that day, we will 100% be returning to do future business with Urban Barn and Mark in the near future!.

Purchased a new dining dinning table from both mark and vito who were awesome in helping my wife and i during the selection process. We measured the table at various lengths, matched chairs that best suit our needs esthetically and functionally for our household, set up delivery and opted in for white glove service to set up and assemble on delivery. I would recommend this store and both staff members to all friends and family.

Ann was very helpful in assisting us to pick out chairs for our living room. We ended up purchasing two of the mondo chairs and we love them. Thanks Ann for your guidance and tips on care and cleaning. We will be back.

THE MILLIONAIRES DAUGHTER REVIEWS

Beautiful stores and amazing selections. I would say this is high end thrift store where you can find lots of treasures if you have a good eye. Always shop on Monday because that’s the new date to get a reduced price.

I love working, consigning and buying here. The store stagers do a wonderful job displaying how the items could look in your home. Easy to find unique quality pieces at very fair prices.

Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful in answering all of my questions. Staff are very pleasant. Excellent experience.

I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at DOT Furniture Oakville, and I can't speak highly enough of the excellent service provided by Chris!! He processed my order quickly and professionally, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail and excellent communication. My family and friends are absolutely in love with the new patio table and chairs. It's perfect for our outdoor gatherings! The furniture not only adds a stylish touch to our backyard with its simple yet classic design, but is also incredibly easy to clean and maintain—keeping a timeless, fresh classic look always. The store itself has such a warm welcoming atmosphere, and the selection of products is amazing. The quality and design of the pieces are top-notch, and the pricing is very reasonable. Had a great experience! Chris was a fantastic consultant and gave us a great range of recommendations that best suited our lifestyle. Small snag in a missing piece that wasn’t in the delivery and he also rectified that in minutes. Great service and love our purchase!.
