PARKYN DESIGN REVIEWS

Tania, Laura, Michelle, Emma, and the whole team were simply outstanding. We completed 7000 ft.² of a full home renovation and we couldn’t have done it without them.. They understood our Contemporary style, making incredible suggestions. and guided us through a transformation that has exceeded our expectations. They are a five star team all the way.

The most professional team that I have worked with! The results are breathtaking. All my guests are so excited to see the design and coordination throughout five floors of living space. Great job Tanya.

We retained Tania and her team to renovate our unfinished basement and could not be happier with the results. It was important to us to find someone who could make the most of a challenging layout and provide us with a turnkey result that was an extension of our home’s style and finishes. Tania and her team consulted with us extensively to come up with a design that created a luxury space while also meeting all our practical needs. We appreciated her ability to bring on a first-rate contractor and top-level trades and together complete the most flawless execution of a reno project we have been involved with to date. From beginning to end, Tania and her team showed excellent communication and professionalism. They took real accountability for the project at every stage while also taking the time to consult with us as need be to ensure client satisfaction. Whenever issues arose, the team dealt with them promptly and professionally. The final result is a beautiful, functional and timeless space that we are so grateful to now enjoy as a family. It has been refreshing to work with a design firm and contractor of such high caliber. We would highly recommend Tania and her team and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Igor from Kingswood Engineer was fabulous. We had a severe issue with the structure of our home and Igor was quick to respond, extremely informative, gave practical advice and provided us with the solution needed to ensure a catastrophic event did not happen with our home. We would use Igor again.

If I could give them ten stars, I would. The entire team is competent and professional. I hired Kingswood to do the engineering calculations and drawings to remove part of a load bearing wall. It ended up being much larger project as time went on. I managed the project on my own without a GC, so I also hired them to submit the permits for me. Man, am I glad I did that. I had a lot of questions for them as construction went on and they were happy to oblige. They also had to write me an engineering letter for some on-site adjustments we had to make and they were gracious enough not to charge extra. It is clear to me that this company is honest, competent and trustworthy. I am hoping to hire them for deck plans. If you want to do things right and make sure your project follows the law and is therefore insurable, look no further.

PIZZALE DESIGN INC. REVIEWS

Gabriele and her team have out done themselves! The update of my home looks amazing, from the beautiful new kitchen, stylish light fixtures, stunning wallpaper, custom upholstery pieces, to trendy mirrors, draperies and cushions. I couldn't be happier with the final product. The whole house beautifully blends colours and pieces Gabriele selected ten and twenty years ago with the current design giving my home a fresh new look. The team is very professional and organized which made the whole project run smoothy and finish on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Pizzale Design in future.

We worked with Gabriele and Maria on our main floor renovation and the process exceeded our expectations. Their design improved the flow of our home and created spaces that are unique, modern and comfortable. Every room has a wow factor. We highly recommend partnering with Pizzale Design for your design projects.

This is our 3rd reno with Gabriel, very pleased with the outcome again! Love our new space.
