I enjoyed my experience greatly with Samantha, who helped us navigate through all the rental paperwork swiftly and smoothly. She was(is) unbelievably prompt in getting back to my questions. I would recommend her to anyone who's interested in renting a place at Minto.

I really appreciate Minto team. They are very nice and helpful. A special thank you to Michelle and Jenny, who offer a very good service! Also thanks Rodolfo, who is always ready to help with repairing things.

I was assisted by Jenny and Michelle in the office regarding inquiries about leasing. Both of them were a great help in assisting me and my roommates! Management is very nice and considerate.

Fantastic management and maintenance team. I lived there from the first day the building was open and I love living here. All concerns gets handled right away. Sandra is a wonderful property manager and Michelle and Jenny are always ready to handle any concerns. Maintenance team is so quick and efficient looking after any issues. Tatiana keeps our building spotless and her warmth and sweetness really brings a sense of community to the building. Its comforting having a familiar face around to take care of things and she does an amazing job. We really value her--265 reynolds is a really great place to live.

Tatiana is very friendly. I have lived here for a year. She keeps the entire apartment very clean and cleans the common areas every day. She is very warm-hearted and greets us every time we meet. She is like a family member. We all like her very much.

Amazingly well kept building, all thanks to Tatianna! The apartments and living spaces are all immaculate, and Tatianna puts so much care into making it such a wonderful place to live. Clean, cute and well located!

Lived there for 14 months. Found ladies in the front management nice people. Place is always very clean. Most of the concierge are very helpful. Loved the building and my condo. The only problem l did have was the amount of rent l had to pay and the underground door which had to be fixed all the time. Or l probably would have stayed.

Great place to live. The shared amenities (Gym/Common Rooms) are amazing! Reception is fantastic. Parking is great! Package/mail pickup is convenient. Rent is costly but understandable for what is included. If you're looking for a luxury residence with no headaches in Oakville. This is the place for you.

I’ve lived here since it opened and I can’t say a bad word about this place. Stress free living. The place is always clean, it looks luxurious, great location. Friendly staff. Affordable prices. Highly recommend living here.
