He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me what the work entailed and how it would look before starting. He was patient with my questions. And he went above and beyond when he discovered a wasp nest and took care of it for us. I am quite pleased with the work. The technician Hasan was excellent at explaining things, setting sticky traps and poison bait boxes, and identified entry points; gaps under doors to the unit and building entrances. He demonstrated how to fold and assemble the extra sticky traps that I was given to use if more were needed. He arrived on time too. Efficient.
We have had rodent issues for the past few years and have had a number of pest control companies in, but with the help of Christian and the Atlas staff, we have managed to get rid of the issues around our home. Christian is awesome, on time, and always polite!
We hired Atlas to seal some holes where rodents may enter. Jake was great. On time, friendly, knowledgable, and did a great job getting everything sealed up. The customer service staff were also great.

AAA WILDLIFE CONTROL VANCOUVER REVIEWS
We heard some kind of animal sound in the duct above a range hood in our kitchen. It didn't sound like a rodent but rather a bird. We didn't really know where to call to save it without poisoning. Good that AAA Wildlife control was listed on the web and the receptionist answered right away on a Saturday afternoon. Although the tech could only come after an hour and a half due to his busy schedule but he did manage to come over ASAP to help freed a Starling from the duct before it's too exhausted and dies in there. They were all very responsive, courteous and professional dealing with the situation. Most of all their work is to save lives as they strive for "humane removal" which I appreciate the most. Thank you AAA Wildlife Control team.
