3 Best Mattress Stores in Vancouver, BC

We had a great experience buying a mattress from Bob. Great quality locally-made mattresses for very fair price. This place is an East Van classic that provides a great experience in shopping for a mattress. I have historically hated shopping for furniture due to the salespeople being pushy and not giving me space. Bob was informative but low pressure and let us do our thing while being present to answer questions. We walked away with a great mattress and two sweet t shirts.

I had a great experience at the Mr Mattress store in Vancouver. I felt the salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful with my selection of the appropriate adjustable bed frame and mattress! My delivery was within a week and the two fellows who set up my bed were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I can’t say enough how positive my entire experience was! Thanks to all. I highly recommend them. And my new bed….incredibly comfortable.

Fabulous product. Top notch service. From price to delivery. Professional and friendly. 5 stars Happy in White Rock! Wendy Merrell.

Don provided an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, he asked how he could help and gave us great suggestions based on our needs. He helped us compare prices, explained all the available promotions and deals, and walked us through different mattress options He took the time to answer all of our questions and even explained how some of the mattresses are made and their durability. We were very satisfied with his service! He made the entire experience easy and informative, he didn’t even ask for this review.. but I think it’s important to acknowledge people who do their job so well!.

This particular location is special - because of Don. It’s always the places that manage to maintain their senior salespeople that do the best! His knowledge and ability to navigate their internal systems to give the customer the best prices possible is what has kept me coming back twice and will recommend this location and company to people through word of mouth. Just update your systems from the ground up! Don’t update your people like all the other large corporations. I drove 40 minutes just to have this experience.

Wow! What an incredible experience shopping for pillows! Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and knew just what we needed. Learned a lot and looking forward to better sleeps zZz.
