Just picked up a new couch and had an 11/10 experience. Hersh from the shipping/warehouse department was an exceptional help and even removed the packaging for us so that we could fit it in the back of our Toyota RAV4. Definitely coming back. This staff member was incredibly helpful and deserves a raise!

Received great service from Jennifer Z. in the Vancouver store. Was looking for a basic bed platform and I was helped quickly and efficiently!! The frame was in stock and I was able to pickup in that warehouse at time of purchase without going to main warehouse, which was a bonus. Would recommend this store! Thank you.

I got excellent service by sales person Raman Kaur by providing full information about products I was buying, and best price for total amount. Great cooperation with her manager. I'm very happy with entire experience!

Absolutely loved our experience with Rove Concepts! Ordering furniture online without seeing the items in person can be quite stressful, however Sarah made the process very enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful with all of our questions! We will definitely be ordering from Rove again and contacting Sarah for all future purchases.

The few times we’ve been in the showroom downtown the sales people have always been so friendly and helpful. We’ve had great experiences thus for and look forward to getting more furniture in the future when we need it! We love our bed frame in the Boucle fabric. It matches the overall home aesthetic and looks and feels high quality. We also recently purchased one of the sectionals and have been enjoying that as well. Very comfortable and durable. The prices are pretty good compared to a lot of other furniture shops. And we love the designs!

I love the Aubrey chairs! They are the most beautiful chairs I’ve seen. I have been shopping around for quite some time. Customer service is great as well! Very responsive and timely!

Excellent customer service! Totally attentive and not high pressure. First time at Palucci. This was suppose to be the first of several places we were going to check out. We walked out of the store and decided we didn’t need to see any competitors. We came back the next day and bought our new living room furniture. The experience was the same calibre of excellence, friendliness, professionalism as we experienced the day before. 5/5 s!

I had the pleasure of working with Clive, the owner, during my furniture shopping experience. He was super helpful and informative, and I never felt any pressure to purchase. The prices and selection are great and the delivery process was super smooth. The delivery company was also very efficient and on time with the delivery.

What a fantastic company! My sofa arrived on time and was set up easily. There was a small snafu that the company dealt with immediately and I am so thrilled with their service and product. The sofa looks fabulous, is super comfortable and is easy to adjust. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for furniture. They are absolutely excellent!
