THE BRICK VANCOUVER REVIEWS

Just picked up a new couch and had an 11/10 experience. Hersh from the shipping/warehouse department was an exceptional help and even removed the packaging for us so that we could fit it in the back of our Toyota RAV4. Definitely coming back. This staff member was incredibly helpful and deserves a raise!.

Received great service from Jennifer Z. in the Vancouver store. Was looking for a basic bed platform and I was helped quickly and efficiently!! The frame was in stock and I was able to pickup in that warehouse at time of purchase without going to main warehouse, which was a bonus. Would recommend this store! Thank you.

I got excellent service by sales person Raman Kaur by providing full information about products I was buying, and best price for total amount. Great cooperation with her manager. I'm very happy with entire experience!.

MOE'S HOME COLLECTION REVIEWS

I visited Moe's home collection downtown location. I was greeted by one of the staff members named CJ. He asked if there was anything I was looking for or needed any assistance. I asked him to recommend some outdoor tables and chairs for summer, and he showed me some collections. I found one which I thought would be perfect for my space. He was professional and informative with details and answered all of my questions. I received a follow-up regarding our order and received precise details and instructions on the next steps. CJ, if you can see this, thank you for your time! I appreciate your customer service!.

I would like to thank Ryan for all the recommandations he gave us in regards to furnitures we bought for our new home, he is very professional and has good taste of what match and sizes. Some items were damaged but he helped us quickly notifying customer service for replacement with no fee. Still few more items to purchase but we are getting there .

Beautiful furnitures with awesome service. CJ was absolutely amazing. Because of him we were able to furnish our new place before Christmas. He remembered the table we wanted and called me as soon as it became available.

ROVE CONCEPTS VANCOUVER REVIEWS

Absolutely loved our experience with Rove Concepts! Ordering furniture online without seeing the items in person can be quite stressful, however Sarah made the process very enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful with all of our questions! We will definitely be ordering from Rove again and contacting Sarah for all future purchases.

The few times we’ve been in the showroom downtown the sales people have always been so friendly and helpful. We’ve had great experiences thus for and look forward to getting more furniture in the future when we need it! We love our bed frame in the Boucle fabric. It matches the overall home aesthetic and looks and feels high quality. We also recently purchased one of the sectionals and have been enjoying that as well. Very comfortable and durable. The prices are pretty good compared to a lot of other furniture shops. And we love the designs!.

I love the Aubrey chairs! They are the most beautiful chairs I’ve seen. I have been shopping around for quite some time. Customer service is great as well! Very responsive and timely!.
