We had our cork floors refinished by BC Floors and are very happy with the result. Keit and her team of Emerson and Caloy were very professional throughout the entire experience. They were always prompt for our agreed upon times and polite and respectful to my wife and I. They put on extra layers of polyurethane when it became apparent that it was needed and kept us apprised of the progress of the work. They have very high standards. Finally, they helped us move our furniture back once the floor had completely cured which was greatly appreciated. We would recommend BC Floors to anyone for similar work.

Lawrence as the Project Manager and Caloy as the installer did a great job for my new laminate flooring. They are very skillful and knowledge. I am very happy with the result. Definitely will work with them for the next flooring projects.

I would like to thank Kevin Low for his excellent customer service approach. He took care of all my queries with amazing efficiency, and no matter how many times I called him, he responded with a smile on his face and was so pleasant each and every time. During my Townhouse renovation Kevin listened to me patiently and then made recommendations which resulted in a beautiful end product. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for great customer service.

Kevin and the gang were great. Very easy to talk with and do business with. They did a great job. Firstly, we had the wrong measurements for our bedroom which resulted in different sized carpet. The installers quickly went back to the shop, and returned with a newly cut carpet and installed it all within a couple hours without any fuss. It was truly a hassle free and easy experience. We are very happy with our new bedroom carpet.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Global Carpets. We have replaced the carpet in our home and it is beautiful! Our salesman Ash was very professional and helpful in quoting our project. The installing team led by Mike did an amazing job. They were professional and cared about the quality of the project.
