We love our new windows. From start to finish the staff was friendly, informative and professional. Vlad and Mike were terrific onsite, they were very polite and extremely neat and tidy, They demonstrated excellent attention to detail. Now we just have to wait for the rest of the renovations.

Installation of fourteen windows was completed yesterday on schedule by Vlad and his assistant, with project coordination by Reggie Mann. The windows are a beautiful product, clearly well fabricated. The sliding windows, and hinged opening windows, are locked securely by operation of a single latch. The installation work was professionally done, including significant enlarging of one bedroom window opening and installation of a new sill. Cleanup inside and outside at the end of each day was meticulous.

Was looking for a new entry door for our house. Wanted something that was good quality and had a contemporary look. During my research, Westeck came up. In going to their showroom and meeting Dennis to discuss the various door styles and options, he was very knowledgeable and informative without being a "pushy salesperson". From that time, right through the order and ultimately the delivery of the door, Dennis kept us in the loop.
