BAYVIEW AT COAL HARBOUR REVIEWS

We came with my husband to apply for the apartment in Bayview Coal Harbor Tower. The managers Lidia and Darragh were nice and kindly showed to us options, help us with everything, explained all in details. The application was considered literally on the second day and we move in at the apartment in the required time. We happy to live in Bayview Coal Harbor. Thank you so much Lidia and Darragh for your professionalism.

The management staff at Bayview do an excellent job. The building is always super clean and all of the staff are friendly and willing to help. I’ve stayed at various buildings in Vancouver. Bayview is by far the best.

My home, love it. Best kept building in Coal Harbour, and the nicest Manager, Lydia. And of course, the personable Masoud at concierge. The views are impressive. The services are incomparable.

I'm not a resident of the Peter Wall building, but the reason I decided to write my review is because of the best customer service I've had so far. The manager of the building, Zanka, is a person with a smile, very kind, with positive energy. She did everything to make me feel welcome in the Peter Wall building. I have never seen such a wonderful approach to new/prospective tenants. Thank you Zanka.

I've been genuinely enjoying living in Peter Wall for more than a year now, and I have no severe complaints so far. The location is a top, amazing view from our apartment and managers are always there to help. And fresh flowers are always there as a pleasant sight in the hall.

Super nice tower, new and shiny. It’s like a community here, we made friends with our neighbors and we help each other to dog-sit while we’re traveling. Awesome gym motivates us to go there more often!

ENGLISH BAY TOWER REVIEWS

I lived here for nearly 13 years and highly recommend it! The building was always well maintained and Mali, the property manager, is fantastic. Also, the units are well constructed and in 13 years I never had issues with noise or anything like this. The neighborhood is amazing - one of the most walkable in Canada, and the beach and sea wall less than a block away. I feel blessed to have called this place home for so long. A bit surreal to leave - but I recommend it to you if you are looking for somewhere to live in the west end or downtown.

Ms. Mali, the manager of this apartment, is incredibly professional and caring. She is always responsive and supportive, solving any issues quickly. When I was moving in, I truly received valuable help from her, which made the process very easy. The apartment environment is always clean and safe, and it really feels like home. I’m very satisfied with her management and services, and I highly recommend it to everyone!”

I cannot express enough gratitude for Mali, the amazing building manager at English Bay. From the very beginning of our journey applying for the unit, she has gone above and beyond with her kindness, support, and genuine care.
