SIMON'S BIKE SHOP REVIEWS

I had an old vintage derailleur on the bike that my friend had loaned me and it broke and they didn't have the old version they had the new version that won't work with the old connection however they gave me a better derailleur for cheaper than the regular price. I call that awesome customer service thank you Simon.

there is a bike shop just cross the street where I live, yet I still shop at Simon's bike. That is how much I appreciate this spot. JT helped me pick a gravel bike that suit my needs perfectly and the experience was fantastic. Great selections, awesome people.

Rod is the best, needed to fix the speeds and they did it very quickly and perfectly; highly highly recommended, will be back to tune-up all our bikes.

Their customer service is outstanding they go above and beyond to make sure every customer is completely satisfied. Special thanks to Sir Alex and Andreas they are truly the best! Professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. One of the most reliable bike shops in Canada.

I purchased my Scott Addict 20 with the help of Alex, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was patient, answered all my questions, and provided great insight while I was test riding different options. Everyone at Bici is super friendly, and the overall environment is warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this shop if you’re looking to purchase a bike or need guidance, Alex made the whole experience seamless. He also ensured everything was in perfect condition at pickup, which I really appreciated! Overall great experience with quality service.

My experience with Bici was incredible, especially thanks to Draven’s outstanding service and dedication. He guided me through the entire process of purchasing an amazing bike remotely, helped with all the necessary adjustments when I picked it up, and continued to provide excellent support even after the purchase. This was my first visit to this store. I was in the area so I dropped by to pick up a bicycle helmet. The store being in downtown has challenges with parking. Inside the store is clean and well organized. Stephen assisted me with my purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and has good customer service skills. Recommended bike shop if you’re in downtown area.

Very satisfied with Stephen and his Team. Very impressed by their customer service and their knowledge on E bikes. I had been to several stores prior to making my purchase and definitely felt like I had made the right choice by coming to Bicycle sports. Highly recommend them for any type of biking needs.

The service representative, Daniel was amazing and super helpful. I brought my bike to get some repairs done, not only did Daniel make the repairs promptly, but he was very informative about the process and explained clearly what may have caused them. If you're looking for a service rep, find Danie.
