John was great to work with. We started emailing first about my bike options. When I got to the store, the Kiwi woman was very nice and helpful and asked me to wait for John to be available. John was very patient and took his time with me. He also told me that I could come back to have some modifications done to the bike, since the bike is just a little too big for me but it was what I wanted (because of the price). Very friendly!

I communicated with Daniel Chiu a couple of months back about a bike that was not in stock. He was quick to answer and was very helpful. The bike arrived in stock yesterday and he was once again quick to help and have it transferred to the location near me. I purchased the bike online and it was ready early the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful at the shop.

I have always used my LBS to buy new bikes, but given the current shortages I had to expand my horizon. Initially I was skeptical that buying a bike online would be as good an experience as buying in store, but Josh at Bicicletta completely blew me away. The price was great, any questions I had were quickly answered, and the bike arrived as advertised. Awesome service from Josh Stiller at Bicicletta. I was looking for a specific bike/model and Josh was extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for. He was very quick on responding to my questions and hooked me up with my dream bike. He also followed up after the sale and made sure to check that everything was fine. The other day got a flat tire biking to work early morning, I dropped by Simon's and even though store was not fully opened and staff were still setting up, Toby helped me out and replaced the tube. My bike was fixed and back on road in less than 10 minute. Awesome service and very reasonable price. Will come back for more bike needs

Great service. Bought my rocky instinct bud edition here in 2020. I busted my brake lever on my rocky mtn instinct and due to pandemic supply issues, it was impossible to find a replacement part. I eventually bought one from a shop online in Alberta, and Simons threw it on for me no problem quick and easy. Much appreciated.

Absolutely prime spot downtown to rent a bike and hop over to Stanley park! Simon saved me when I needed to change my pedals at no cost, just a good human! Thank you :)
