HORIZON TOWERS REVIEWS

Five stats for going above and beyond our expectations. We recently needed a proper fitting toilet seat as the one we had was much too big for our toilet. During my conversation with Tammy I had mentioned we were potty training our toddler . The next day the seat was delivered and they had gone out of their way to include a seat with a potty training attachment . It was a small but thoughtful gesture that has helped my son greatly and made our lives a bit easier during these past couple weeks. Thank you for not only doing your job in a timely manner but going above and beyond . We appreciate it.

Living at Horizon Towers is an incredible experience. The building is in excellent condition, the amenities are nice, the neighbours are friendly, and the management staff is extremely efficient. I have lived here for a year and have always received adequate support. I particularly appreciate the support of Lupe and Nicole with all the follow-up they give to my requests. I assure you that if you choose Horizon Towers, you will find a perfect home.

Living here has been a wonderful experience since 2017, and the location is awesome. The new management team consistently maintains a clean and welcoming environment and their responsiveness and dedication to resolving issues have been particularly impressive. They always ensure that everything is in excellent working order. Kudos to the management and the entire crew for their exceptional service.

BRENTLAWN TOWERS REVIEWS

Living at Brentlawn towers was a blessing for my roommate and I. The building is clean and organized, laundry facilities are convenient, and both towers are really well managed by Joe and Konnie. They're both lovely people and truly want to make sure the tenants are properly serviced. In addition, our unit was extremely spacious with a large balcony and an amazing view! We'll miss our time at Brentlawn and recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality, spacious, and well-serviced place to live! Thank you, Joe & Konnie! We'll miss you.

Lived here for 3 years. Views are amazing from the wide balconies. You would not guess the age of building unless someone told you. Rentals though have skyrocketed these days. Well maintained and, peaceful. People here are friendly. Joe and Konnie are an asset to Austeville and the residents are lucky to have them manage. He is very prompt at attending to issues in the building.

I really enjoyed living at Brentlawn Towers. Great location and very well kept building. I always felt very safe in this building. The underground parking is spotless and well lit. Any concerns I had were quickly resolved. Joe and Konnie were a pleasure to deal with. What I loved most about my unit was the floor to ceiling windows, made for a very bright unit.

PANARAMA TOWER REVIEWS

The building amenities are fantastic, the outdoor saltwater pool and BBQ/Rec area are well maintained and are a great little retreat in the middle of the city. Building staff are fantastic, willing to help and quick to respond. The views from the large balconies are fantastic, and the units themselves are quite large. I have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone looking for a home.

This building has good size apartments and super-large balconies. The terrace is quite unique, with pool, barbecue area and an interior garden that I haven't seen anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and professional, and often they go out of their way to keep the renters happy. I have no hesitation to recommend this place.

My experience with Panarama tower was very good. I found the management to be very professional, considerate and responsive to the concerns of the tenants. They were also very attentive to the upkeep of the building. Thank you to all involved at Panarama tower for making my time with you a positive experience.
