He provided what I call as top-notch customer service from helping my family to choose the right dining table to finding chairs/bench to match up. He went above and beyond by pulling chairs from different areas of the store and physically putting them side by side the table to make sure we could see things clearly and visually before making our decision. He followed up every step by phone calls and emails ensuring the order was entered and the delivery would come on time. I felt I was taken care and followed up each and every step. The process was smooth and stress-free. The table was back ordered but finally came after a short wait. I am very satisfied with my purchase with Structube. The table itself is beautiful and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Once again, I wish to thank you Eric for his exceptional customer service!
We recently got a damaged piece of furniture delivered and Anu from Station Square location went above and beyond to help us. She provided perfect customer experience for us by managing the pick-up of our damaged piece, following up and communicating updates of the arrival of the new piece, and inspection, pick-up, and even loading the new piece to my vehicle at the store! Ordered a bed in the store, the sales person was really friendly and tried to get us the best delivery date possible because we didn't have a bed because of our recent move. The delivery was done a little later than initially planned because of a factory error, but the staff we spoke to on the phone was very friendly and explained to us what happened. The delivery was also done a little later in the day than planned, but the driver kept us up to date on any changes throughout the day which was very much appreciated. Very happy with the customer service provided by everyone and the quality of the bed is also good. Thank you for the awesome service! :)
We bought one bench and one chair from Accents@home Brentwood Mall store. The sales executive Adi T helped a lot! He arranged the pick-up schedule. We had a short vacation in the long weekend, so it was a little challenging to book a time to pick-up. Adi made the effort to assist our plan. The products were in good condition, and perfectly designed and packed. It was a great experience!!
