Fix Auto was referred to me through a friend. Had an ICBC repair claim for my Mercedes GL350 and had a great and professional experience there. Service was exceptional from the moment I walked into the shop. I was taken care of right away. I received a courtesy call from Jag for arranging a courtesy car then later following up to update on the status of my vehicle. Timing was prompt. Few days later, I received another call to ensure I was fully satisfied with the service. I’m very satisfied with the body work. they also did a great job detailing my Vehicle as a courtesy. As a woman, it's sometimes uncomfortable to walking into repair shops but they took their time to review and explain everything with me. I highly recommend this shop!

Amazing job repairing my Tesla Model 3! Jag and team were polite, knowledgable, and professional. They made the entire experience as simple and painless as possible. Not only did they restore the car to factory conditions, they went the extra mile and cleaned the entire interior and polished the exterior. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto body work to being done, 10 out of 10 service! Thank you Jag and team.

Had an ICBC repair claim taken care of at Fix Auto for my Tesla Model 3 and had a good experience there. I’m very happy with the body work and they did a very nice job cleaning my car as a courtesy. Fantastic service in the Burnaby location. I don't even recall the last time I was a happy customer. I had bad luck with 2 of my cars within 2 months of time. They did a flawless job in fixing my cars and they go beyond what they do. My Camry had a claim on my front bumper and they also fixed my door seal when they noticed my seal was not fully attached to my driver's door. WOW great service. Thank you so much. Big shout out to the manager Kyle and the staff at False Creek Collision.

Was so pleased to speak to the new manager Brohan to take a look at an issue I found a few months after getting my car fixed up at False Creek. He quickly knew what the issue was, went to fix it right away, and knew where the issue came from. Brohan brings a wealth of knowledge and hospitality and I'm happy that I referred False Creek to others.

I sent my car to repair couple weeks age . Kyle has provided great service. I am not sure other staffs might help too. Thank you for your all hard work. I Would definitely go back there for all future repairs. Thank you!

I recently had an unfortunate accident with my new van I took it to csn to have the door panel replaced and another part of the door repaired they did an amazing job. Let me use a courtesy car while mine was in the shop and finished the job in the time they told me no surprises when I went to pay exactly what I was quoted was what I paid. If you need any body work done I highly recommend them.

CSN staff are very friendly, respectful and helpful. They try to accommodate your needs and find solutions to your problems. They do a professional and flawless job. I recommend CSN for collision repairs and ICBC claims according to my own experience.

The team here is excellent. Clear communication, fast service and excellent to deal with. My car was returned to me in far better condition than I had expected. 12/10 score from my perspective!
