TQ CONSTRUCTION REVIEWS

Going through a major rebuild, we were naturally quite stressed about the long complex process. TQ construction helped ease this stress by being extremely customer-centered. They gave early warning/timeline of coming events, were very open to all concerns and changes, and were efficient and timely in their overall sequence of work. The added challenges of recent supply chain troubles were dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner. It goes without saying that quality of work was very high from project manager down to all the subtrades. We highly recommend anyone to choose TQ construction for their projects.

TQ did a great job updating our EXTREMELY outdated kitchen. We really love to cook, and now we have a great space to use and host dinner parties in. There is also way more storage than we ever thought capable. We didn't know anything about the reno process and they were very helpful in talking to us about what was going on during each step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable and the team was great fun to work with. Will definitely recommend.

We hired TQ to renovate our 60 year-old bungalow and WOW, they turned it into something very special! We now enjoy a wonderful master bed/bath with all the modern features of a new home. They looked after every detail and made sure everything was top quality. Plus, the whole project was done on-time and on budget! Thanks TQ.

Before finding PHW Homes, we had talked to ten other builders. After talking about 30 minutes to Paul and Kenny, we immediately knew they were the right fit for our job. We were extremely impressed by their quality of work as well as how easy they were to work with. If anything needed to be adjusted or changed, they immediately had it done for us without question. If you’re looking for a builder you can trust and will keep you on time and on budget, I would highly recommend PHW Homes for your next job.

Kenny and Paul have done an amazing job on the construction of our dream home. They walked us through the process and took the time to really make sure we were comfortable before we signed our contract. They were not pushy and took the time to educate us about the process and it has turned out amazing! The two of them are on site all the time and will work with you to ensure that the work quality meets your expectations.

That was a great experience having my house built up by PHW homes. Actually, I feel quite lucky to meet these guys before I hired somebody else. They are professional and trustable. Most important for me, they never say “no”! Whatever and whenever your idea popped out, even after the final plan had been set, they would do everything they can to satisfy you. Great job.

My wife and I hired Rechsteiner Construction to do a full interior renovation of a 30 year old house we recently purchased. Philip worked with us through the entire renovation process from the consultation and budget phase, design and permit phase, and construction phase. Philip was very transparent and helpful throughout the renovation, providing us with multiple quotes when we requested them, explaining all quotes and options whenever we had questions, and giving insightful recommendations on many different aspects of our renovation. All of the sub trades were very high quality and it shows in the overall finish of our home. Our renovation was on schedule, and we did not have any unexpected large expenses. We are very happy with our new home, and have recommended Rechsteiner Construction to all of our friends and family who are also looking to do a renovation. If you're looking for an honest, hard working contractor with excellent communication skills then we strongly recommend Philip and Rechsteiner Construction.

Philip and the team at Rechsteiner construction are first class! I have hired them for a few projects and they are a skilled team that produces quality work. They have been very responsive with excellent communication at all times. One of our construction projects was difficult and extremely detailed.
