Destination Toyota Burnaby is by far the best dealership that I have experienced with. I bought 3 brand new vehicles from them and I would highly recommend this dealership. From the sales staff to a front desk staff they do a great job . My sales rep was Steve Yuen and he was great to deal with. I also highly recommended the General Manager Carmine Russo who help me to get the deal done buying a brand new 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport . It was a 5 + star service and I like to thank Carmine Russo and Steve Yuen for great service they provided. . I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. I have to say the customer service was above and beyond. Marcus Chan and Larry Nguyen did an amazing job delivering my vehicle. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely deal with them again in the future. I had an extremely positive experience at this Carter GM dealership, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new electric vehicle. The salesperson, Zaheed, was incredibly helpful and cooperative throughout the entire process, making the entire experience a breeze. I was especially impressed with the quality of the vehicle I received, the Chevy Bolt EUV 2023. It met all of my needs and exceeded my expectations in terms of performance, reliability, and overall comfort. From the exceptional service to the high-quality vehicle, everything was top-notch.

Marios was amazing to talk to and purchase my new car through. We had a great time joking around and sharing stories throughout the entire process and I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a car to go to Carter GM and ask for Marios.
