What an absolutely amazing florist! I called in a panic after 5 p.m. on Saturday night, desperately seeking flowers for a memorial service on the following Tuesday morning. Luckily, Simon answered the phone. He spent 30 minutes with me on the phone, going through the options for a wreath and a spray and determining how he could create two white arrangements when the lilies he had on hand were not yet opened. He suggested orchids, and I quickly agreed - they were my husband's uncle's favourite! After placing the order over the phone, Simon followed up with a text message confirming the order and providing a receipt. On the Monday morning, he sent photos of the flowers (stunning). On Tuesday morning, when we arrived early for the service, Simon was there waiting with the gorgeous flowers. Really, this service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend Simon at Hepatica! Wow. I won't be going anywhere else in future, no matter what my needs.

Hepatica was amazing! We were sending a holiday centrepiece to my husband's aunt who is spending her first Christmas without her husband in over 60 years. I wanted to know when the flowers were delivered so we could call her as she is not an email or texting person. Hepatica texted me to let me know the moment when they had been delivered. Highly recommended flower shop. Many thanks to Fiore Republic Floral Design for making the Mother’s Day special. The owner was nice and friendly and her flowers arrangement making every event special. Definitely comeback for next events to have her beautiful flowers.

Fiore Republic Floral Design is the best flower shop in town! I’ve been ordering bouquets from Linda - the bouquets are always gorgeous and last very long. She is so accommodating when I needed them on short notice and has saved my day multiple times. Highly recommend getting flowers from her.

Linda is a wonderful teacher and a florist. I've been her customer since she started at New Westminster and was sad that she closed down but re-opened her shop in Burnaby / Coquitlam ^^ Flowers are very unique and colorful she is so mindful about T/P/O for her arrangements and her bouquets are always full and pretty.
