SLEEP COUNTRY BURNABY REVIEWS

I was looking for a new bed and wanted to upgrade to a king size. After looking at IKEA I was walking by the Sleep Country store in Burnaby on Kingsway and stopped in on a whim. Vincent and his staff were quick to greet me and spent over an hour showing me the benefits of different setups. They worked tirelessly to find me the very best deals and I ended up buying two twin frames and mattresses, bedding, etc before I left. Delivery and set up was seamless, quick and efficient. Thank you Ryan and Lloyd. I have been getting great sleep’s now and am enjoying the different positions that allow me to read and watch tv in bed with comfort. I am 110% satisfied. Very pleased with the service we received from Jason at the Foam Shop Burnaby location. He was helpful, patient and knowledgeable and provided good information about the foam I was purchasing to replace my couch cushions. Jason gave me a call as soon as our order was ready and I was pleasantly surprised it was the same day! Many thanks, Jason for your great customer service.

Jason, Brianca, and team at the foam shop were great. Very satisfied customer. Quick, efficient, and the cushions look great. I received a call back after my initial drop-off 4 hours later, letting me know the cushions were ready! Quoted cheaper than another competitor that I visited. Will be coming back if I were in need of any replacement cushions in the future.

Not only was the furniture I liked in stock, Urban Wave was also able to accommodate delivery and assembly within a very tight elevator booking window. When their deliverymen ran into an issue with an incorrect part out of the box, Daniel personally delivered the correct one to me within a few hours. I would absolutely buy from Urban Wave again. I bought my couch 2 years ago and it’s still comfortable and strong. I had such great experience so I decided to bring my sister to take a look this weekend because she is looking to replace her current sofa. The staff was so patient with my sister's many questions, and we end up getting her a nice sofa bed. A great local business to go to if you want a great piece at affordable price.
