TOM'S SEWING CENTRE BURNABY REVIEWS

I didn't have a reciept because I was given my machine as a gift, from a course I took. Initially we thought I'd have to somehow get the reciept, or go on their 6 week waitlist to get it fixed. But, they ended up helping me on the spot! Apparently there wasnt really an issue, I guess the ladies there had a magic touch. They also didnt charge me when I asked how much !! So grateful. Thank you much.

Had my machine repaired and was happy with the service. I went into it knowing it would take months to complete which is the same at other repair shops. Would recommend.

Brought my Janome sewing machine as it had started seizing. Brought it in and 7 days later it was fixed and worked like new.

MICHAELS BURNABY REVIEWS

Yarn heaven. They had chunky knitting needles there today for $5.99! Also, I absolutely love their coupons and loyalty program. There's always some kind of deal to be had, which keeps me coming back for more. Many of the items here, especially when on sale, are far cheaper than you'd find on Amazon. Beads and semi precious stones especially.

I like the fact that they always change things up season to season.. And I can browse for an hour without feeling like I'm being watched.. Because of that too. I always buy something.. just to show my appreciation.. I really like everything I've bought here.. from Christmas decor to reframing my pictures.. to pens & booklets. just a great store overall.

This is a great store. It was very well stocked compared to other Michael's stores around town. It was organized, clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

N. JEFFERSON LTD. REVIEWS

I have been fortunate to deal with N. Jefferson for the past several years. They provide SUPERIOR service. If items are not available, they call to inquire whether I want to alter the order or add something. If my purchases run close to a reduction in shipping, they let me know, and I add to my purchases to reduce shipping. They carry most of the products I want, and as a small business having what I need in one place is very helpful. I receive my shipments VERY PROMPTLY, most often within three to five days at the most. I strongly recommend N. Jefferson for sewing, knitting, crochet and craft needs.

My family business has been working with NJL for nearly 30 years now for all things sewing notions related! Sherrill and all her staff over the years have given us nothing but A+++ service and reasonable prices too. We've had NJL competitors try to poach our business but Sherill & NJL have been so good to us, why would we switch. Heck, some of the staff that I met when I was a child 20+ years ago, when they were located in Mt Pleasant, are still with NJL! So you know that means that Sherill and NJL truly cares about everyone.

We are big fans of N. Jefferson. Their customer service has always been excellent. Twice they have brought in products for me that I haven't been able to find anywhere else, and they always ship promptly and are well on top of accounting. Always happy to place an order.
