The management goes far above and beyond what is normally expected to create a true sense of community. The administrative and maintenance staff are friendly and very responsive to any needs of the tenants. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a fantastic rental experience.
Wanda and her team do a wonderful job of managing 773 Glenmore Road, Kelowna. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly. My wife and I are very proud to call this apartment our home.
Last summer, my wife and I moved from Manitoba to the beautiful Kelowna, Conservatory is our first home. The apartment structure here is very user-friendly, and the whole building is clean and tidy. Since we just moved to BC, we don't know many things. The staff here helped us a lot, they were always very positive and professional, especially Ms. Wanda and Ms. Corinna. Due to private reason, we had to move back to Manitoba. Here, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff here, especially Ms. Wanda and Ms. Corina, thank you for everything you have done for us. Hope we can move back to Kelowna as soon as possible, move back to Conservatory.

CARRINGTON RIDGE-SKYLINE LIVING REVIEWS
We had the pleasure of living here for 5 years. Tina, Ellery and the management team continuously go beyond to ensure the property is safe, clean, and quite. Any concerns were addressed promptly. The units are spacious with high end finishing and beautiful views. The sense of community here is not taken for granted and is built based on the structure the management team supports. This is a wonderful place to call home and we were happy to do so for 5 years.
We have been here for a year, the staff are fantastic, very friendly and work hard. The office is open seven days a week should you have any questions or concerns. The maintenance of the facility is excellent, the common areas are kept clean, snow removal in the parking lot was consistent with the weather. Our two bedroom unit is modern and quite spacious. We have a lovely view of the lake. There are plenty of amenities in walking distance.
My move into my new apartment went extremely well! Tina and Ellery were extremely helpful and made sure I had everything I needed! Thank you!

My wife and I loved our time here. Not to mention.. our weiner dog loved the staff and went to the lobby every day in search of little treats and pets. The staff are quick to respond to any issues and the space is really well cared for. Couldn't ask for more from a rental.
This was my absolute favourite place I have ever rented. This building is pet friendly and community-oriented. The staff take great care of the building and address issues very quickly. They go beyond to plan events, leave treat bags at your door on holidays, and make sure tenants feel connected and cared for.
I’ve been living here since the building first opened. It has been the best experience I’ve had renting. The building managers are wonderful, and throw mixers in the front lobby with food, and are always there when we need anything. The cleaning and maintenance checks are consistent, thorough, and well done. Parking is no worry as we have underground parking, and use a visitor pass when needed. Overall Glenmore central is the place everyone should want to be. I couldn’t recommend it more to a friend!!
