Joel, the sales representative, recommended that I use 3-layer windows which qualify for more grants compared to 2-layer windows, despite the slightly higher cost. The 3-layer windows provide better soundproofing and energy savings. Ivan and Sergio, from the third-party installation company, implemented the installation well and were helpful throughout. The installation crew worked hard, fast and did a great job. Upon post inspection we were very pleased that there was no issues of damage or airflow gaps. The installation crew took all of the old materials away leaving little to no mess behind.
