BANNISTER KELOWNA REVIEWS

Great customer service with Alex (sales) and Frank (finance) . Courteous and knowledgeable. They made buying a vehicle a breeze and stress free. I can’t really say to much about the trade In value I received as they offered me $2500 less than two other dealerships so if you are looking for top dollar in that aspect you may want to shop around.

We have had our vehicle serviced here several times. They never do any work without consulting you first if they find a problem and give you an accurate quote. They make sure they have the right parts for your vehicle before installing them. We got our truck back cleaned inside and out which is a real bonus when you're older and have a hard time doing it yourself. Would not hesitate to take any of our vehicles to them.

I have purchased many vehicles in the past, but have never experienced such professionalism from all staff involved, from salesman to manager/financial-insurance. I will definitely shop again in the future.

ELITE AUTO CENTRE REVIEWS

Had such a great experience purchasing my new to me convertible from Elite. It is so nice going into a dealership and feeling no pressure. Jayson was a pleasure to deal with, he introduced me to the team, and was with me for every step of the process. If you are looking for a good quality used car, and a family feeling environment, I would highly recommend checking out Elite.

Great experience buying a car for the first time! Jayson and Bert are awesome, very helpful, and honest. I felt very comfortable the entire time. My family has purchased a few vehicles from here, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you to everyone at Auto Elite.
