I have made Burnett’s my go to Florist for many years and they have never ever let me down. They continue to provide absolutely amazing service along with the most beautiful arrangements one could ever wish for. This past summer I ordered wedding flowers from Burnett’s for my niece (from Australia) and they were absolutely stunning. Right from the beginning they were able to work with the photos I sent them (I live out of town too!). They provided communication, affordability and were very accommodating with any small changes I made. Picking up on the wedding day was completely seamless, everything was ready and on schedule. All the bouquets held up beautifully through out the day, even with the soaring temperatures of 35+ degrees! My niece loved the bouquets and I received so many compliments on the flowers, everyone loved them! It was an absolute pleasure working with Galena. I would highly recommend Burnett’s, not only for wedding flowers but for any occasion!

I have never ordered flowera before and it was a special day for someone i appreciate a lot; i live in Ontario so I gave them a call the day before the event and they helped mw through the entire process. I ordered a premium bouquet, the flower selection was on point, they worked with the exact colours i wanted. I also ordered local chocolates and biscotti, everything was excellent. They even called the receiver ahead of time to make sure they would be home which i thought was a great geature. They sent me the receipt via email afterwards, itemized. Burnett’s Florist & Gifts is my go-to for all flower arrangements and unique gifts. Their arrangements are always so beautiful and last a really long time! The staff are also very knowledgeable and offer great advice when I don’t exactly know what it is I’d like. The gifts and trinkets in the store are mostly from local vendors and crafters, which I think is really important. Highly recommend!

A good friend of mine sent me these flowers for my birthday five days ago and they are outstanding, they’re still fresh and beautiful. Not one flower is wilting, and I am enjoying them immensely I’ve had many bouquets of flowers delivered over the years, and I have to say these have been one of the best. I would Recommend them 100%.

Used them for a Valentines Day delivery. I'm always worried about quality using a delivery service, but the flowers were beautiful. I had also requested the delivery being done before a certain time in the afternoon and it was. Considering how expensive flowers are on Valentine's Day, you want everything to go right......good job, will use your service again. Thank You.

Had a hard time getting ahold of most of the local flower shops for Valentine’s Day, some didn’t even answer. Creations by Mom and Me answered first call and had the absolute nicest staff! They took my order in a very timely manner, and delivered within the hour! To be that quick and efficient especially on a busy floral holiday, was impressive to say the least! BEST IN KELOWNA!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
