Jason and his team at Mervyn’s are genuine, sincere professionals who always excel at providing personable customer service and quality workmanship! My family and I have relied on Mervyn’s to repair a variety of vehicle “challenges” for a few decades now and despite any embarrassment associated with the “challenge”, it’s a fun experience. (One of my boxer pups destroyed a leather head rest and privacy screen not once but twice) The usual anonymous parking lot scrapes are also a breeze returning my car to its original condition. After my vehicle suffered some paint damage as a result of a scratch, the staff at Mervyn's inspected the vehicle without an appointment, got me in within a few days, and now there is no sign of the scratch. A GREAT body shop with amazing people! We had a bit of a jam with our glove box and no one else had been able to fix it. They were able to see if 5 minutes after we called, solved our immediate issue with the lost items in the glove box and then proceed to fix the glove box. They took the time out of their day to assist us and offered to do it for no charge. We are so appreciative of their kindness and time to help us.

I have known the owners of Mervyn's for many years now and they still do not disappoint ever! I had a small accident with our Jeep and it needed repair. As usual , the care, the time and excellence on the whole procedure has only improved and they were already doing excellent work many years ago. If you need a repair on your vehicle this is the place to go. You can trust them, trust the workmanship and know that you have the best. And, they are very nice people! They actually care about you and your vehicle! I hope for sure that I do not have any more accidents but if I do, Mervyn's is the only company I will use for repair. I recently was in a collision which damaged the two front side panels and the bumper of my van. Choosing Prestige Collision was the best choice I made. I recently struck a deer on highway 97 near Vernon and it caused damage to the front of end of our Tesla Model 3. The folks at Prestige did a great job repairing the front end. They sent me regular updates on the status of the repair process and made the whole process as painless as it can be.
