3 Best Mattress Stores in Kelowna, BC

Have just purchased a pair of new mattresses in anticipation of transitioning to a split king adjustable bed later down the road. I had visited Sleep Country and Mattress Mattress a couple times each and decided to check out this small family owned business at the last minute. So glad I did! Instantly felt valued as a real person and not just the next potential commission when I walked in. I was thoroughly listened to and presented with a couple of great options. Never to make a decision lightly about a mattress, I went home and returned a few days later and spent the better part of an hour going back and forth between two models, never once feeling rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. The mattresses were delivered in a week and by the same person who sold them to me! You cannot get a more personal shopping experience in town :) Too early to tell whether I’ve chosen the right mattresses but as far as customer service goes, I will only return to Sleepy’s for all future mattress needs for our family. We recently switched out a mattress from one previously purchased at Sleepy's. Geoff's customer service was excellent. He responded quickly to our email and the warranty process was seamless. Geoff wanted to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We believe in supporting local small business and we appreciate the time and care that goes into good service. The staff at Sleepy’s were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We ended up getting two of the Blu Sleep Pillows and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Special shout out to Carling who spent extra time with us making sure we left with exactly what we needed. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Really impressed with our experience today. Rob gave us an extensive overview of what to look for in mattresses and showed us different options within our price range without pushing us into any of the higher end ones. It felt like he really focused on getting us a good mattress that fit our preference, rather than selling us on something he thought we should get. He also got us a great deal on a floor model and helped my partner pick out a pillow that was the right height. I really enjoyed my experience and left feeling educated and confident in our purchase.

Would 100% recommend you pop in to talk with Rob about your mattress and bedding needs, I am sure he will have some amazing recommendations for you. Came into the shop trying to find a specific mattress to fit for a campervan. We were informed that they did not have the specific brand and 3/4 size in stock (not a common size anyway). Rob was the best and showed another option that actually worked out to be an even better option for our needs in both cost and product.
