Amazing all around. I walked into European Goldsmith by myself hunting for my envisioned engagement ring as nothing online was peaking my interest at all. I just knew what diamond cut I wanted and my ring size. Gwen met me as I walked in and right away, I knew this was the place my hubby was going to come back to when he was ready. Gwen was very knowledgeable with stone clarity, cut, the whole works, so professional and kind and spent lots of time with me. In the end, I got my dream ring (and spouse), and cannot praise and thank Gwen enough. Even the cute gift at the end was awesome. We will be back for our wedding bands. Went through the whole engagement ring process with them, and it was a 10/10 experience! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and very willing to help. Couldn’t be happier with my fiancé’s ring.

They went above and beyond to assist me with my needs, offering great recommendations and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for specifically Apurwa. She is very beautiful and welcoming. The quality of the products is top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend Apurwa for a pleasant and efficient shopping experience!

I recently had a fantastic experience at peoples Jewellers. Apurwa was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and she helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry for my GF. I had a such a great experience in Ben Moss today with Pam. She was so lively, up beat and happy. I really felt good when I was shopping for my wedding band. I would highly recommend anyone to go shopping there. The stock is good, I was greated as I was entering the store, and felt like they were listening to my wants and needs when shopping for my wedding band.

Bea helped us find my wedding band and she was wonderful. I was being very picky and indecisive and she was incredibly patient and kind. Overall a fantastic experience and I am thrilled with my ring!
