We hired Creative Touch to do a design for our upstairs and basement renovation. Our house is small and wanted to maximize the space, while making it much more functional. The design that Paulette and her team did was beautiful and provided all the features we were looking for. They were personal, professional and easy to work with. Their style was very collaborative, engaging us throughout the process, enabling them to take our obscure thoughts and translate them into a beautiful design. It was wonderful having someone who did all the sourcing and selections, and able to really captured our style. It made the design and selection process so easy. Paulette and her team worked closely with us to achieve an updated look to our main floor renovation. During the design phase, Paulette provided key recommendations to layout and design features. Kat was responsive updating the infinite number of details on the blueprints. Throughout the renovation phase, Cindy provided a clear budget picture. We appreciated the team was organized and respectful, all while holding their trades partners to the project timeline and a high standard.

I collaborated with her on the design of a recording studio for our client's condo in Kelowna, and everything I threw at her she took on and tackled with grace. Paulette was totally "on it" throughout the process! Communicating with her throughout the extensive planning stage was smooth as silk, too.
