Excellent sales and service! Rebecca and her staff are very personable and professional. Our place here in Kelowna is our 2nd home and we were not in town to select the flooring. Rebecca took the time to go to our condo with various floor samples and helped advise us on the most suitable one. When we returned to Kelowna a month later, floors were in and continue to be perfect. Overall a great experience!

Rebecca and Peter at Kelowna Floors are first class business owners. They take pride in their work and care about their clients even after the job is long since finished. Kiel was great!!! He was super helpful and patient in helping us select the right carpet for our space. He was knowledgable and worked with us to find the right carpet within our budget. They showed up and Did the install when they said they would and completed it more quickly than the time the quoted to complete the job. I would highly recommend going to see Kiel for any flooring needs. Great experience all around.

It was a great experience working with Flooring Canada Kelowna. Josh the installer was excellent. He came to the job site prepared, and finished leaving everything completed. Even vacuumed before leaving… Well done!

I just had lino installed in my kitchen and two baths. Really nice experience. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. The installation was flawless. Really impressed with Kiel and everybody else at Flooring Canada.

End of the roll has the largest selection of in stock flooring in the Okanagan, including rolls of lino, wood, laminate, vinyl, carpet and area rugs. They carry everything you need to get the job done.... trowels, glue, cement, etc. They also have installers to get the job done for you if DIY isn't your thing. If they don't have what you are looking for, they take custom orders, too! I only needed a small piece if lino and I wanted it in a hurry. End of the roll had a piece that worked well for my needs.

Brendan at End of Roll was excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the products. He recommended a certain laminate for our AirBnb and we are so happy with product it looks amazing. Great service and very competitive rates.

Dave did a fabulous job listening to what I was trying to do In updating my 15 year old condo . He knew the right carpeting that would work and had enough selection and colours to choose from. It came out very well and I have beautiful flooring throughout my home.
