Great Team and Customer Service rep! I went there to renew my dinning chairs because they had stains and one of them had crack. Emma at the Customer Service was very helpful, she patiently tried to replace them with new ones. She double checked with her managers to make sure I get the best service. Thank you to all the staff at this location and Emma for making this possible. They are fast, quick and very professional! Recommending 100% to visit the brick at this location!

Had a great experience at L Furniture! They were very patient as we took home and tried multiple fabric swatches and answered all of our questions. In the end we are VERY happy with the couch we received. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again in the future.

Received great advice in store on how to pick furniture color and utilize our space. Got sectional early, delivered and setup without issues. Very happy with our purchase. Overall experience was great.

We were looking for an alternative to a full size bed, and just stopped by L Furniture to see what they had. Ended up purchasing a cabinet bed which was delivered a few weeks later. Great service and great quality!

She was simultaneously helping another customer and we both were kept completely fully attended to ! She asked lots of questions about my move and was so sincere in her responses . Not pushy at all but gave a level of trust which I bought in the same first visit which I rarely do without giving a few days to think about ! Great sale , great quality product and excellent friendly service !! 10/10

I found Ashley’s had an excellent selection of living room furniture which I was interested in. I was so lucky to have Hossen look after me. He was so warm & friendly & answered all my queries & gave me information on what I was looking at. I came in a few times & he was so patient & gave me measurements which helped immensely. Thank u Hossen & I placed my order today. I feel like he is a friend & appreciated everything he did for me.

I went to the store to see if they had replacement bolts for our dining room table. They were lost in a recent move. Tushar the young man that assisted me had the young gentleman who does all of their assembly found the right bolts and they also were able to find me a new coffee table and lamps. The service was terrific and the people that assisted were awesome.
