I moved out to BC from Ottawa and what should have been a stressful move was made easy and delightful working alongside Bailey. She took her time showing us multiple apartments over Zoom. The whole team was very accommodating with our arrival time being much earlier than expected and even going above and beyond. We spent a little over a year there and the building was always kept very clean. Staff are super friendly, and it is always lovely partaking in the social nights with fellow building tenants and getting to know one's neighbors. The gym is regularly cleaned and whenever there was an issue, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My only issue was the pet policy as you can only have small pets on the bottom floors which ultimately lead to us leaving. Highly recommend the centralized location for anyone new to Nanaimo and again can't stress how wonderful this team was.

We lived at Summerhill Place for just over a year and had a great experience. If we were able to have a dog in our unit, we would not have left. We moved to Nanaimo from another province and Bailey was extremely helpful in the whole process. The staff were very accommodating and did a great job of showing us the building virtually so that there were no surprises once we actually arrived. The only thing that was inconvenient was the requirement for a bank draft for our deposit. When we arrived to Nanaimo earlier than expected, they were very flexible in allowing us to get in earlier. While living there, the building was quiet and always very clean. We really appreciated the few events that were put together by staff in the building as it gave people a chance to meet their neighbors. Whenever we needed something, they were very easy to get in touch with and extremely friendly. All around a great place to live.

When I decided to move to the Nanaimo, this was the first place that came up in my apartment search, and right away, I knew this was the place I wanted to live. The staff are amazing and it is a quiet building. Had someone above me for a while that stomped everywhere they went. Fortunately, they moved out, and I hardly ever hear the new tenant. This is where I see myself living for the foreseeable future.
