We have absolutely enjoyed our time here at Longwood Landing. The building manager Jennie has been a huge part of the experience and she is great at her job. She is very kind and helpful, she always makes sure to greet us if our paths cross. The building itself is in a great location and is very clean and is secure and safe. The environment is calm and comfortable as the fellow tenants are lovely. Being pet-friendly was a huge bonus! Thank you Longwood Landing for providing us with such a great experience, we are very sad to be leaving as job opportunities have us moving to a different area.

Highly recommend Longwood Landing. It’s in a great location near parks, groceries, gas, shops and quick access to main roads. The building is kept immaculate at all times inside and outside and it is very quiet. Dogs were allowed, I don’t own one, but I rarely heard any and clean up was never an issue. The building manager, Jennie, was fantastic and very easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my time there and am only moving out because I’m moving to the mainland.

We moved into Longwood Landing this past week and we Love it... great area, beautiful secluded spot but close to everything. Jennie has been wonderful, from start to finish she's made our move so easy. She's the best!!! My wife and I are looking forward to many years here!!!.

Happily lived here for two years so far. This place is well operated and is clean, quiet, safe, incredibly maintained at a reasonable affordable price. Management is A1, down to earth, attentive, considerate and friendly. They make you feel at home. Fixes are done promptly. Garbage and recycle bins are conveniently accessible. Excellent services are provided like mowing, immediate snow removal and de-icing, leaf blowing, cleaning of common areas, etc. Recent renovations to lobbies, hallways and other areas give it a bright, modern, upgraded look. Nice neighbourhood, close to mall, eating places, schools, park, and other amenities. Lovely place and highly recommended!.

My family absolutely loved these apartments. They are family friendly. It's a great neighbourhood and a wonderful little community that's quiet and with low crime. We lived there for 2 years and made a lot of good friends that we remain in contact with still. The managers are awesome, very approachable and prompt with servicing things that need repair. The rent is fair. There were no issues with pests or cleanliness; all units are steam cleaned at the end of every move out. The only drawback was that we weren't allowed an in-window air conditioner.

I have lived here for over nine years and have never waited for anything to be fixed. Security is always top on their priority list. The building is always clean and well taken care of. The managers are top of the line, they take the time to listen to your concerns and really care about the tenants. In the winter months when it snows they are up at six in the morning shovelling and icing the parking lot. I have never lived in a better apartment building, where I feel that I am heard and never wait for my appliances to be fixed or have my toilet unplugged. I highly recommend living here.
