I chose Encompass after a difficult move to Nanaimo, and they have gone above and beyond to help me with our transition to a new city. My little one is excited to go everyday, comes home singing new songs and full of stories. He is a very busy and high needs kiddo, so I appreciate the extra time and effort it obviously takes to keep him on task and organized. They also facilitated connecting me with resources in our new city and have been instrumental in making him feel safe and secure through a challenging period. assessments with I really love how much time they spend outside and exploring, and that there's space for him to learn self-regulation and as well as move about the way he needs. Special shout out to Mica and Tia - we're excited for another year.

Amazing daycare! The staff are always so happy and supportive of the children. They do so many activities and outings depending on what the children are into. They are supportive with potty learning. If a child struggles at drop off they are fine with them holding onto a stuffie for comfort. If a child gets upset they calmly comfort them. Both my children are doing amazing here and run right in at drop off to play. We have never had a closure or early closing due to staffing challenges. This place is far superior to other daycares in town and i would highly recommend it.

My daughter loves her pre-k! I am so impressed with all the adventures they go on and the teachers who balance warmth and fun and childhood magic with discipline and boundaries and learning good manners and to be good children!!!.

Jenelle and the rest of the staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They treat each child with genuine care and patience, as if they were their own. They always know how to handle different situations calmly and professionally. I’ve even asked for advice before, and they were always so supportive and helpful. Honestly, I wish there were more places like this. It gives such peace of mind knowing our child is not only safe, but truly cared for and happy.
