3 Best Flooring Companies in Nanaimo, BC

Service from this company was the absolute best, they even brought samples to the house as my friend is elderly with a walker. We were very impressed with the gentleman who put his livingroom carpet in. He was very experienced and professional and timely. I have dealt with End of the Roll every time in 25+ years that I have needed any carpets and would never think to go anywhere else.

The salesman Al was great to work with. He made things easy, simple, and fun. The installer came on time and did a fantastic job. He put some extra care into fixing up the old smooth edge by replacing and adding as needed without any complaints. A great experience from start to finish. It looks so much better.

Our second time using the services of End of Roll Flooring and they came through with flying colours again. The are a pleasure to deal with, professional and great workmanship laying the flooring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring.

Total satisfaction with United Floors on Bowen Road. Flooring Specialist Monica answered all our questions and helped us find the flooring choices that worked for us. Our new Canadian hardwood flooring from Quebec was expertly installed by Brody and his team with their skills, tools and experience producing perfect results. We also had our stairs recarpeted with a luxurious cut pile from Beaulieu Canada by expert installer Cameron. Everyone we dealt with through the entire process was professional, polite, and friendly. We highly recommend United Floors for your flooring needs. Ron and Marie.

From the moment we walked in until we left with our purchase, we were warmly greeted and given just the right balance of attention and space. That’s important to us because we like having time to browse and shop at our own pace. Steve at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel comfortable right away. Shawn Elwood assisted us with our purchase, and he was both professional and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy with our product. That level of customer care is rare these days. Thank you to all the staff for making our shopping experience such a memorable one.

Two years ago we used United Floors Nanaimo to replace wood flooring in our kitchen/living/dining rooms. At the same time we replaced the tile in our entrance, main bath and laundry room. This year we wanted to do a master bath reno and only considered United for the job as we were so very pleased with their previous work. We contacted Marty and Monica again to help with the tile selection and design of our walk in shower. Choosing the right tile for us from thousands of small sample options can be a difficult task. They suggested ordering a box to lay out on the floor to make sure we were happy with our choice. Also, Monica made excellent recommendations on who to use for our vanity and countertop. Mrwan from Sama Tile again did the old tile removal and installation. The crew of Sama Tile's attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. We could not be happier with the end result and it all comes down to the talents of Marty, Monica and Mrwan. Again if we could give all those involved 6 stars we would.
