Fantastic service from initial contact to final installation, we highly recommend Van Isle Windows (Nanaimo Division)! We had 2 picture windows (90’s style with grids), and 3 sliding glass doors replaced. We chose triple pane, and already notice the noise reduction, and look forward to the energy savings in winter. And I am happy to be rid of the grids! Rebekah in sales was immediately responsive to our request for a quote, was a joy to meet in our home, was friendly and knowledgeable. Answered many questions we had throughout the process, made us feel at ease, ensured we were aware of various rebates we could be eligible for. Genuine, kind, and comfortable to work with. The installation crew of Eric, Kelly, Cole and Danny did a great job, answered questions throughout the install process, explained screen removal, and breeze lock….and cleaned all the windows beautifully! Rebekah is a fabulous person as I found out when she came to my house to give me a quote on the window replacement. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I did get quotes from two other installers but Rebekah was the only one to mention the importance of not disturbing the building envelop of the window in question.. She sold me based on her knowledge and friendliness.

Love our new windows. Really has made our house look great. The installers were polite and very hard working. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
