My husband and I purchased the Talalay Latex King size mattress a year ago. We don’t regret buying this mattress set. Absolutely worth the money for quality and comfort. The staff were friendly and helping us find a mattress set that was suitable for both of us. The delivery persons set up the bed and removed the old mattress set. We have owned top quality brand mattresses before but we were disappointed that we could only rotate the mattress to avoid dips over time. Dips eventually happened. We really like the fact that the mattresses are flippable and can be changed out to soft, medium or firm mattress toppers as our needs change. Highly recommend that you check out John’s Bedroom Barn if you’re looking for a quality and comfortable mattress.

We recently purchased a queen bed frame and had it delivered and built for us. We were on a budget so we purchased the simple Nippon bed frame, and we are happy with it. It has a nice simple look and is quite sturdy. The delivery and building of the bed was quick and went smoothly. The lady who helped us at the store was very nice and was happy to help us even though we showed up at the store quite late.

The store and delivery experience are second to none, just a great place to shop. The communication after purchase was also excellent, can only highly recommend the Parksville store.

I took my mom to the Sleep Country located on the island highway Nanaimo and we were so grateful for the amazing Service from James. He went above and beyond to help us find the right base and mattress for an electronic bed, and was very accommodating to our needs. He took his time, didnt rush us, and was very informative. It didn't feel like "just a sale" to him and considering the stress we have been under, this was a welcome surprise. Thank you James for being amazing and helping us today.

James at the Island Highway location was awesome! He presented us with several options both from price and comfort perspectives to help us pinpoint finding the perfect match for our needs. The service he provided was professional, kind, and courteous and the transaction was painless! If you’re looking for a mattress this Sleep Country location would be our recommendation.

Andrew is a fantastic salesman, he was patient, kind, helpful and not the least bit pushy. We walked out with a bed and fully intend to support sleep country for future purchases. Great employees create loyal customers.
