I had an excellent shopping experience at The Brick, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Ahmad and Hamid. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase and resolving any issues I encountered. Their professionalism and dedication made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend The Brick, especially with such helpful staff members like Ahmad and Hamid. A big thank you to them for their exceptional service!.

I've been buying appliances for my rental properties from Mark at The Brick's commercial department, and it's always a great experience! Mark's energy makes the process smooth and enjoyable. He always ensures I get the best deals and his professionalism shows in every purchase. Thanks to Mark, I feel confident and satisfied with my buys. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for excellent service and quality products!.

We had the most amazing experience! Tracy greeted us and made us feel so heard. She asked us exactly what we were looking for, our budget, and helped us with measurements. She went above and beyond by physically moving the rug we were interested in to the couch we were buying so we could see them together. It was unbelievable service. We did not feel pressured, stuck to our budget, and felt so good leaving the store. Go see Tracy for any of your furniture needs. She is an expert!!.

Jacob gets 5 stars for his friendly manner, knowledge about the product and overall service! Many thanks for making our purchase a pleasant experience! - Ann G. Reply

JYSK NANAIMO REVIEWS

This store is amazing(Nanaimo location). All the workers in the store are amazing. i have had a very pleasant shopping experience with Cheryl and Amy. They helped me select a mattress. They were super knowledgeable and provided great options after asking many questions about sleeping style. The transaction like always was very smooth and memorable. Thanks a lot guys, you rockk.

Absolutely in love with our new bedframe!! After weeks of dealing with shotty customer service at other places, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Devon. A true gem that made things super smooth and easy, enjoyable, friendly and fast!! Pick up was a breeze, and a week or so earlier than we expected. The prices and quality are topnotch, and we look forward to shopping here again. I also strongly recommend these bath mats. Very cozy on the feet.

We just visited the best store for customer service in Nanaimo! We first were served by Darryl who was amazing, then we asked Devon about bed toppers who was very helpful. We love shopping at JYSK Nanaimo!.

We had such a great experience with Mindy and Sunny! They were so helpful, not “pushy” at all and helped us create a living room we love. They gave us great ideas and showed us pieces that fit our budget and our vision! Highly recommend.

A big thank you to Mindy for helping us find the perfect coffee table! Fantastic service, great prices and selection.
