Having moved back to Alberta in April, I wanted to get an apartment before I moved to Red Deer. Dealing with Brittny and Broadstreet has been a pleasure. Brittny reached out to me about vacancies at Vanier Heights. She was very patient and efficient with the application process and moving in process, always happily and willing to answer any questions I had regarding the building and area. It was definitely the easiest time I had moving into an apartment. The building and grounds are kept clean and very well maintained. The neighbors are very friendly, and so are the pets! The building is a short walking distance from the conveniences that one would need. Overall I am happy that I moved into Broadstreet.

Brittny provided a very efficient check-in process. She also answered any of my emails/queries promptly prior to moving in. She showed me my apartment, checked that everything was working, and took photos of any damages which were present on the move-in day. She answered any questions I had and made everything very easy. I am very happy with the service provided here and pleased I picked this unit.

I moved here from another province and had some legal documents I needed to scan and fax. Brittny was very helpful. I have found the staff to be very friendly. Which is nice when you move to a new area and don’t know a lot of people.

Great place to live! Very clean and well-maintained buildings. There is a community feel to the Vanier Woods Apartments thanks to the wonderful staff. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in their work by the great job they do. From the monthly newsletters, community garden and ongoing events you are always kept up to date about what is going on in the complex. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others if you are looking for a great place to live.

The apartments at skyline were the first place we ever lived in Alberta. It was a beautiful and accommodating location for my little family. Our apartment had brand new everything. And our property associate Ed was so attentive to our needs. Every time we had an issue he would immediately assist us and resolve our need. We are so thankful to him for making our experience a positive and memorable one.

Vanier Woods apartments are clean, quiet and pet friendly. I transferred to Red Deer for a new job and needed to find an apartment right away. Paula and Olivia were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get me into a suite quickly. They are friendly and cheerful and are always a pleasure to deal with.
