My son went thru the assessment recently. It has been a great experience with the flexibility of the assessment method conducted online. It did not create such a pressure to my 14 years-old and he completed 60 questions. More important process was during the assessment review based on my son’s answers to each question, the assessor was thorough to provide feedback on his strengths and areas to focus on as he prepares to move to Canada for high school. Kumon Red deer has help our kids in building their confidence and competence in school. The teachers are very competent, accommodating and helpful. They understand the ups and downs of kids learning and continuously motivates them. As a parent, I also need to do my part in monitoring their progress. I do believe in the influence of the kumon method. We live outside of Red deer and are bringing our kids to attend in person classes and it is all worth the sacrifice. I highly recommend this center.

I really like the Nanaimo Kumon centre. I have both my daughters enrolled, one in the Reading program and the other one just started Math. They are so well organized in that centre, I just love it. My kids go into the centre twice a week, so I don't have to do the reading pages with my 6yr old daughter at home on those days. My 9 yr old can do the math work sheets all on her own and she's not complaining too much about it. I also know that other Kumon centres have you sign up for a period of 12 months, which is not the case in the Nanaimo location. Again, this is wonderful, because you won't be stuck with it if you don't like it. All in all a great experience so far!

I would give more than 5 starts if I could. Best service and education program provider I've ever experienced. It sounds someone was upset and gave them a bad review here but I've never felt like that. They are always helpful and friendly and work hard for improving our kids' math and reading skills. Excellent communication, very professional and great program! Their service is smooth and straightforward. No weirdness and confusion. I've heard they've been doing it in Nanaimo over 20 years! My friends' kids are also taking math there and they all are very happy! I definitely recommend to everyone.
